Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are responsible for policy development, budget development and review, sound financial practices and accountability and in adherence to the company’s objective and ideals in providing affordable accommodation and care for the Aged and Senior Citizen and within the Legislative compliance of the Aged Care Act and principles and the Retirement Village Act.
Meet the Leadership Team
Tim Everson, Chief Executive Officer
Tim has served as the Garden Village General Manager since 2004. Since September 2017 Tim has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer responsible for special projects, maintaining his reporting responsibilities to the Garden Village Board of Directors.
Craig Wearne, General Manager
Craig joined Garden Village in September 2017. He is responsible for the implementation of policies and decisions as defined by the Board of Directors and for the effective and efficient management of the facility, whilst maintaining his reporting responsibilities to the Garden Village Board of Directors.
Vikki Dobbyns, Director of Care Services
Vikki joined Garden Village in April 2015. The Director of Care is responsible for care services for the Aged Care Facility and Care Co-ordination and clinical support for Self Care Residents.
Cassie Simadas, Operations Manager
Cassie joined our Team in November 2016. The Operations Manager is responsible for Self Care Management, Self Care Resident Lifestyle/activities, Sales and Marketing.
