The standards of care at Garden Village are extremely high and we intend to maintain this standard through regular reaccreditation and our Continuous Quality Improvement Program.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are responsible for policy development, budget development and review, sound financial practices and accountability and in adherence to the company’s objective and ideals in providing affordable accommodation and care for the Aged and Senior Citizen and within the Legislative compliance of the Aged Care Act and principles and the Retirement Village Act.

Tim Everson, General Manager

Tim has been with Garden Village since 2004. The General Manager is responsible for the implementation of policies and decisions as defined by the Board of Directors and for the effective and efficient management of the facility.

Denise Santos, Director of Care Services

Denise joined Garden Village in 2008. The Director of Care is responsible for care services for the Aged Care Facility and Care Co-ordination and clinical support for Self Care Residents.

Kate Chew, Operations Manager

Kate has been with Garden Village since 1996 in many roles. The Operations Manager is responsible for Self Care Management, Resident Lifestyle issues, Sales and Marketing, Self Care Resident Activities.

John Cooke, Catering Manager

John joined Garden Village in 2007 and is responsible for Catering and Food Services (including Coffee Shop and Aged Care Facility meals).

Greg Mottee, Maintenance Manager

Greg has been with Garden Village since 2007 and is responsible for the Village’s plant, equipment and building repairs, Refurbishment Program, Preventative  Maintenance.
